Christmas Punch

If you can believe it, Christmas is ten days away. Say what!? I have no clue where the first two weeks of December went.

If you’re anything like me, you still have gifts to wrap, shopping to be done and maybe even need to put up your Christmas tree. Luckily, somehow everything seems to always magically come together in the end, leaving time to sit back and enjoy the festivities with a cocktail in hand. Here is a must try Christmas punch that can be enjoyed with or without alcohol! 

METHOD

In your shaker combine...

1 ounce Deep Eddy’s Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka
1 ounce Rosemary Simple Syrup*
1/2 ounce Cranberry Juice 
1/2 ounce Orange Fuice 
1/4 ounce Lemon Juice 
1/4 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur 

Shake and strain into a red wine glass 
Fill glass with ice and top with club soda or any sparking water, like Topo Chico. 
Fresh rosemary spring and orange peel to garnish. 

*To make rosemary simple syrup...
1 cup sugar
1 cup water 
6 sprigs rosemary
Bring sugar, water, and rosemary to a boil. Strain and refrigerate for up to a month. 

Simply exclude the vodka and St. Germaine and substitute any grapefruit juice to make this a holiday punch the entire family can enjoy!
