Monday, September 14, the 31st Annual Opportunities Inc. Golf Invitational Tournament was held at Texarkana Country Club. The mission of Opportunities Inc. is to provide developmental and support services to children and adults with disabilities, supporting them in attaining a full life, and encouraging the recognition of the value and abilities of all to our community.
In the past 31 years, Opportunities has raised $2.5 million from this event. These funds have been life changing for the children and adults who are served by Opportunities Inc.
With help from the Opportunities Angels Guild, The Opportunities Inc. Foundation Board, sponsors, players, and community clients, this year’s event raised over $78,000! It was a beautiful day and a successful event, benefiting a very deserving community.
